During National Imperial Miss's ("NIM") events, all Participants will be required to abide by the terms and conditions set forward in this document. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS CAN RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM A EVENT AND/OR A BAN FROM NATIONAL IMPERIAL MISS'S FUTURE EVENTS. It is within the sole discretion of NIM when removal or banning is appropriate.

When you use any of our services, you are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that service. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

• All contestants must conduct themselves with civility and act with appropriate behavior at all times.

• Any negative or inappropriate behavior, written or spoken, by a contestant, a contestant's parents or guests, will result in the contestant being disqualified from the pageant and all awards being forfeited.

• No contestant shall discourage another contestant from participation and/or competing in NIM's pageant system. This includes discouraging actions or speech.

• No parent or guest shall discourage any contestant from participation or competition by actions or speech.

• All participants are required to respectfully follow the directions of all NIM's
employees.

• All contestants must use proper language throughout the pageant and refrain from arguing with or disrespecting other contestants and/or workers.

• Acts of physical violence towards other contestants or any adult/employee will not be tolerated and may be grounds for immediate removal from an event.

• All judge's decisions are final. contestant's nor parents may contest the results of a pageant.

VOTING CONTESTS

Photo contests are entered at no cost to the delegates, votes on photo contests, commonly referred but not limited to as People's Choice, cannot be refunded. Any votes received beyond the voting timeframe will not be counted and will be considered a donation to our scholarships.

When you purchase any product, service, subscription, membership, vote, or send any money to National Imperial Miss Organization via PayPal, MC, Visa, American Express, Discover, check, or any other payment method, you acknowledge that you have purchased the product, package, membership, subscription, service, or vote knowing fully the terms outlined in the entirety of our disclaimer.

Entries to our events or Pageants are non-refundable/ non-transferable unless cancelled entirely with no future date or postponement announced.

National Imperial Miss, LLC. holds all rights to issue or refuse refunds at their discretion.

EVENT DETAILS

National Imperial Miss reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of the national pageant at its discretion.

Covid - 19 Policy

Corona Virus Safety Rules:

• Face Mask Coverings:

*All contestants are encouraged to wear a mask when required by facility.

*All parents/ guests will be encouraged to wear a mask upon entering the venue.

• Hand Sanitizer/Hand Washing:

*All contestants must regularly use hand sanitizer during pageants.

*All contestants must wash their hands with soap and warm water after leaving the restroom, and at any other time as directed by NIM's employees or the employees of the location of the pageant.

• Social Distancing:

*When practical, contestants should maintain space between themselves and other contestants.

*Contestants should not engage in handholding, hugging, high-five, or other direct contact with the other contestants or employees.

Encouraged Items:

NIM ask each contestant, parent and guest bring with them a face covering and hand sanitizer.

The terms and conditions above are a general overview and National Imperial Miss reserves the right to add to these at any time, in their sole discretion, for the benefit and safety of all contestants and employees.

Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces therefore spread the disease. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.

National Imperial Miss ("NIM") has put in place preventative measures in accordance with the Center for Disease Control's guidelines that may help reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, NIM cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to participant in NIM's pageants you risk exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By participating at in-person events by NIM, I acknowledge I have read the above warning concerning COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by choosing to participate in NIM's event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I hereby release and waive my right to bring suit against NIM and its owners, managers, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to the participation in NIM's pageants. I further understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including those for personal injuries, death, disease, property loss, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

CHOICE OF LAW: I understand and agree that the law of the State of Georgia will control this agreement.

We collect personally identifiable information to fulfill your orders, registration, tell you about new events and deals and provide you with an amazing experience. That personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, billing and shipping addresses, and NIM user name and password, email address, phone number, and financial information. We value your trust in us and will do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and the security of your transactions.

NIM does not retain financial information, other than possibly the last four digits of your credit card number. Our payment gateway is managed by Shopify and PayPal. If you enter your credit card information on our site, Shopify will process the transaction and retain a record of it. NIM keeps no record of your full credit card number. If you checkout using your personal Amazon or PayPal account, then that organization will process the transaction using the financial information you have previously provided to it.

Information that you submit about yourself may be used by MIM to provide you requested services, communicate with you about NIM events, improve your online experience, or support our continuing efforts to offer you the information and services you want most. NIM does provide aggregate statistics and information about our sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties. We also reserve the right to share aggregate statistical data of which your personal information is a part, as well as your specific personal information sometime in the future.

In addition, NIM may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, when NIM, in its sole discretion believes that you are in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or when you violate any state or federal laws, or NIM in its sole discretion deems it necessary or appropriate to protect the personal safety of other users of NIM services or to protect the rights or property of NIM.

EMAIL

We know you love email! And we love to tell you about new events. So we send emails to notify customers about new events and special events. New events can happen twice a day, so we may send ten or more emails per week. You will only receive emails if you opt into our email marketing. You may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or by sending a request to Info@nationalimperialmiss.com. We may send you emails to confirm your registration, send tracking information, or to communicate with you specifically about your registration, or in response to a question either to our email, chat, or any of our social media accounts.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We are active on many social media sites and we love to spend time with you there. Please know that we cannot constantly monitor our social media pages and that any information that you share may be viewed by others.

NIM uses “cookies” to identify visitors to our website. Cookies are bits of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can enhance your online experience by automatically saving your preferences. We use cookies because they help us to provide you a better online experience. MINORS

NIM is a very family-friendly company. Our services and culture reflect that. But we do not direct our website or any marketing materials to minors and do not knowingly collect specific personal information on minors.
